The flowing tulle adds a little drama, it can be worn long for the thrill of an entrance or shorten to wear over the Kumiko pants. Use the featured straps and D-rings to shorten as you please to create a more voluminous, yet flattering silhouette. A wide woven waistband is used to offer a comfortable fit around the waist.
