Cut from lightweight rubber, a spiky sunburst pendant hangs from a long twisted rubber cord — the movement between the two creating an easy, pendulum-like drop. Up close the pendant reads almost botanical, its radiating points dense and textural against a matte circular centre. From a distance, simply striking.
Tun ear hooks/studs are made of Silver and are nickel free.
Rubber is appreciated for being environmentally friendly and recyclable but only recently was it regarded as jewellery. Since 2009, the creators of the TUN Designs have been breaking paradigms.
