There is something quietly subversive about the Ryu. A bubble skirt by construction, something altogether more considered in practice — the volume gathered and cinched at the hem gives the silhouette a sculptural weight that feels less decorative, more deliberate. The waistband sits low with a flat front and elasticated back, allowing the fabric to billow freely from hip to ankle, where it gathers again into a clean elastic hem. The result is a shape that is full without being fussy — architectural in the way it holds space, unselfconscious in the way it wears.
